Residency and Citizenship

Albania is going to join EU in few years time.

Its passport is visa free about 120 countries, including all EU except UK & Ireland.

Very cheap country to live and buy property.

No English requirement.

You can bring your family 4 months after you get your PR.

 

Residency in Albania can be acquired in three ways:

 

Opening a business.

Our lawyers can do everything for you. For this they need only a power of attorney from you, your passport page and they will take care of the rest.

If you reside in Gulf area, Europe, Turkey, China etc you can get your residency within 3 months.

[Once you get to Albania you must pay yourself a 70 USD / per month salary tax + rent.]

If you live in countries with no Albanian Embassy you can get the residency within 4 months.

Buy a property

If you have a Schengen or USA visa and have enough money, you can visit Albania and our lawyers can help you buy a property in Albania. With this property you can get a residency permit in Albania and do not need to run a business.

You can buy an apartment in Tirana at around 50.000 EURO

Outside Tirana at around 30.000 to 40.000 EURO

Or a country house in villages at around 25.000

After buying the property our lawyers will produce all the property, visa and residency documents that you will make you a resident of Albania.

 

Marriage

If you find an Albanian to marry you can get your PR via marriage. Based on client basis and your ability to support your spouse, our lawyers can help you get your PR via marriage.

 

Documents for each candidate:

(a )  Passport .

(b)  Police clearance/criminal Certificate stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country.  (the certificate must be issued at the last 6 six months from the application).

(c)  Birth Certificate stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country (the certificate must be issued at the last 6 six months from the application

(d)  Marriage Certificate stamped by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country (in family cases)  (the certificate must be issued at the last 6 six months from the application .

(e) 5 photos (doc. Format).

After this, we apply for the D visa.

The candidate will just go to the Embassy to collect the visa.( probably in Abu Dhabi)

Once visa is stamped in the passport, than they can travel to Albania.

Once arrived in Albania. Than we need 3 working days to complete the process of the residency and issue the residency letter.

Note: The residency for the first time will be for 12 months. Than will be renewed each year.

Once completed 5 years in Albania, you are eligible to apply for the citizenship ( Passport).

 

Renewal of RP:

1) By company formation. In this case you have to pay some taxes each year (70 USD per month).

2) Or you may buy a cheap property (properties start with 20,000 euros). In this case you can avoid taxes & your RP will be renewed on this ground.
